It is the customers responsibility to verify the towing capacity, functionality of trailer lights, and towing equipment of their vehicles. Trailers cannot leave the property without working lights and on vehicles capable of towing them safely. If you book a trailer and do not meet the requirements to tow the trailer you will still be responsible for the rental of the trailer. All propane tanks will leave full of propane and the renter is responsible for returning them full. Renter is responsible for draining all water and sewer tanks prior to return of the trailer. If tanks are not drained properly and we have to drain them, there will be a $125 fee to do so. The trailers will go out clean and it is the customers responsibility to return them clean, This includes the inside and outside of the trailer as well as sinks, toilets, showers, beds, tables, floors, etc, etc. There is a $125 fee for trailers returned dirty. If you are staying in an RV park you can plug the trailer directly into their power source. If you will be dry camping, you will need a generator to keep the batteries charged and run the A/C. Generators are available for rent.
